Yes, at any time you may certainly upgrade your product to a higher level product. For example, you may upgrade your Tube Software Basic to the Engineer version for a discounted price. You will not need to pay the full retail price for the higher level product.

Tube Software will only run on a Windows-based computer. In order to run the software on a different operating system, you will need to either install a Windows OS on a separate partition on your computer, or use a virtualization/emulation software product to emulate a Windows OS. We have many customers who successfully run the Tube Software under these conditions.

Tube Software is capable of reading and writing several different file formats, which are used by most major CAD software products available today. If your CAD software can read/write 3D STEP and IGES files (.step, .stp, iges, .igs), then you should be able to import parts between your CAD software and ours.

The Tube Software product is designed to be compatible with any type of tube bender. If your machine can bend tube/pipe, then the software will be beneficial to you. A few simple settings within the software will allow you to customize the output to best suit your environment. We have many customers using the software for their machines, ranging from simple hand benders, to large CNC controlled mandrel benders.

Tube Software does not rely on a unit type, meaning you may use any unit of measure you find most desirable. Simply pick a unit type and use that throughout the entire software product. A few areas of the software will allow you to convert the data to adjust to your unit type; such as when importing a CAD file.

Tube Software is currently available in many different languages, and we will continue to add more languages over time. Click here to view the current list of supported languages. If you do not see your language on the list, contact us and let us know so that we may add it to the list of languages we are working on.

We regularly add fixes and enhancements to the software, which are automatically downloaded and installed by Tube Software. When you run the software, it will check our servers and download the latest updates automatically if needed.

Tube Software is licensed per seat, meaning you may install and run the software on a single computer. If you wish to transfer the license to a new computer, simply install the software on the new computer and then deactivate the software on the first computer. We also provide attractive pricing for multiple seats and site licensing.
